Senior Program Director, Accessibility
ACT Center for Equity in Learning

Jeff McCullough is the Senior Program Director for Accessibility in the Center for Equity in Learning at ACT, where he directs implementation of a cross-cutting company–wide strategic plan for accessibility, and compliance with current and emerging accessibility trends and regulations.

Jeff serves as an expert consultant to internal product teams and ACT leadership on existing and emerging accessibility issues, trends and best practices. He is responsible for ensuring that ACT is in compliance with internal policies and standards, as well as meeting customer needs related to accessibility.

Jeff’s has worked in a number of capacities at ACT, including Senior Business Director for The ACT and ACT Aspire, Assistant Vice President for Test Administration and Accommodations, and chair of the Accessibility and Accommodations Oversight Board. Before coming to ACT, he spent ten years in administration at the University of Iowa.

Jeff received his J.D. from the University College of Law, and his Bachelor’s Degrees in Finance and Economics from Iowa State University.
