Lori Swartzendruber

Lori Swartzendruber is a program director for ACT’s Center for Equity in Learning. In her role, Lori works on a variety of projects to maximize social impact, manage Center programs, contract management, and process improvement. Prior to joining the Center for Equity in Learning, Lori worked for the ACT Foundation where she collaborated with consultants and grantors to further the mission of improving the lives of low-income working learners.

Prior to her work at the ACT Foundation, Lori worked and volunteered with Big Brothers Big Sisters, where she matched adult volunteers with children, providing a positive adult mentor for children who could benefit from additional support.

Lori has a BA in Sociology and a minor in Business Administration from the University of Iowa.
