Annual American College Application Campaign® Survey

Data from the 2020 American College Application Campaign, as reported by ACAC states on the 2020 annual survey, indicate that:

  • More than 5,600 high schools hosted a College Application Campaign event nationally.
  • More than 363,000 seniors submitted at least one college application during 2020 College Application Campaign events.
  • Nearly than 628,000 college applications were submitted during 2020 College Application Campaign events.
  • Additionally, more than 750 elementary and middle schools or community-based organizations also hosted college application events to learn about the college-going process.

Because not all data are reported, we know these results are conservative. To date, over 3.69 million students have been served by ACAC and 5.99 million applications submitted since the inception in 2005.
