Annual American College Application Campaign® Survey

Data from the 2022 American College Application Campaign, as reported by ACAC states on the 2022 annual survey, indicate that:

  • A total of 5,150 high schools hosted a College Application Campaign event nationally.
  • More than 290,000 seniors submitted at least one college application during 2022 College Application Campaign events.
  • Approximately 959,200 college applications were submitted – doubling the 2021 campaign’s total.

Because not all data are reported, we know these results are conservative. To date, over 4.2 million students have been served by ACAC and 7.3 million applications submitted since the inception in 2005.
